Product Description
polyamide bearings are designed to operate maintenance free, thus eliminating the need for periodic lubrication. Lubricated bearings however, will exhibit a lower coefficient of friction and longer service life. Therefore, the application of grease or lubricant at the time of installation is recommended whenever possible. XKTE design and produces polyamide/nylon cage bearing for conveyor idler, with service life time at least 30000 hours.
Clearance:
The selection of sealed nylon/polyamide cage is crucial to ball bearing with one(KA/TN-RS) or double seals(KA/TN-2RS), while the material of nylon cage must be pure and has enough toughness and strength, because the cage will get very soft if it is made of bad material or mixed material, thus to make no anti-stuck performance within the bearing. To get safety certificate for coal mining products must use nylon cage bearing.
